Meet Our Founder
Nancy Glover is a mother, advocate, and visionary whose personal journey lit the spark that became Cole’s Hope. After walking through the challenges of the justice system with her own son, Nancy witnessed the emotional, financial, and spiritual toll it takes on families, especially when support is scarce and hope feels distant.
Instead of accepting the system as it is, Nancy imagined what it could be. She envisioned a place where young people could heal, learn, and launch into adulthood with real opportunity. A place where culinary arts, coding, counseling, and family restoration could live under one roof. A place built not from theory, but from lived experience, compassion, and unwavering faith.
Her passion is rooted in every corner of Cole’s Hope—from the therapeutic spaces to the state-of-the-art kitchen, from family healing sessions to the podcast that amplifies unheard voices. Nancy’s mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure no mother walks this journey alone, and no young person is ever defined by their worst mistake.
Through Cole’s Hope, she is turning pain into purpose, and purpose into a pathway forward for countless families—proving that with support, structure, and love, second chances can become new beginnings.
